At Penningtons, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
